Gin Elephant Sloe (50cl 35%) - crb

Elephant Sloe Gin combines the flavor of premium London Dry Gin with the typical aroma of fresh wild blackthorn.

The berries are macerated for several months, adding a rich, rounded flavor that is slightly sweet and fruity. In addition to the typical reddish color of the liquor, the addition of sugar is kept deliberately low,so as to achieve a perfect balance between the astringent and sweetness of the berries.

All this allows it to be an excellent product for both blending and tasting on its own.

To create Elephant Gin its founders, Robin and Tessa Gerlach, were inspired by their adventurous experiences in Africa. Their strong belief is that current generations have a responsibility to preserve African nature. That is why Elephant Gin contributes 15 percent of its earnings to the activities of the three foundations Big Life Foundation, Space For Elephants, and Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, which work to protect the African elephant from extinction.
