Gin Mare Big Size (1750ml 42.7%) - crb

Gin Mare is produced at the Vilanova I La Geltru distillery by a discontinuous distillation process using a 250-liter Florentine Alembic, created specifically for this process. For maceration, each of the eight botanical components is individually added to 200 liters of neutral grain spirit and water for 24 to 48 hours. The citrus fruits, on the other hand, are macerated for one year. The distillation process takes about 4 1/2 hours, and the resulting spirits are blended by the Master Distiller to create the typical flavor notes of this gin.Gin. Mare is a Mediterranean gin flavored with four main botanicals: basil from Italy, thyme from Turkey, rosemary from Greece, citrus from Spain and the Arbequina olive, a typical cultivar from Catalonia. Alongside the classic juniper, coriander and cardamom these Mediterranean scents create a gin with typical hints and memories of the Mediterranean coast.
