Mezcal "LE TRIBUTE," as stated by the company, is "puro corazón." Why? First of all, with every sip you can feel the heart of Mexico beating, thanks to the traditional method typical of Durango by which it is produced. Added to this is the heart, passion and experience of Alan Hernández, the master mezcalero who follows the entire production chain of this artisanal mezcal, from the harvesting of the agave, 100% Cenizo Silvestre Matura, through the choice of holm oak wood used in cooking in traditional lava stone ovens, to the moment of bottling. And finally, the heart of the agave, the part that is used by the company to produce "LE TRIBUTE," the part that keeps the most sugar. This particular choice, combined with the use of up to one and a half times more agave than necessary, helps make "LE TRIBUTE" mezcal, a superior product.
