MEZCAL YUU BAAL JOVEN ESPADIN

Earth (YUU) and fire (BAAL): as if to recall in a single expression the sacred union of the two natural elements. Indeed, the words that identify these mezcals call to mind what are the two main elements from which Yuu Baal mezcals come to life. Yuu Baal identifies a mezcal produced in a totally artisanal manner, respecting the oldest and deepest traditions of the maestros mezcaleros of Oaxaca. It brings together a series of producers who obtain their mezcals by first taking care of their land, on which the agave is harvested and cultivated. Each mezcal represents an extraordinary expression of the terroir of the village in which it is produced.

Mezcal Yuu Baal Joven Wild Espadin is refined and well-defined, the prince maguey in typical mezcal production, with powerful hints of smoke, notes of dehydrated papaya, orange and pollen. Intense and strong, wild, as its name implies.
