he Kōloa Kauaʻi Coffee Rum is made with cane sugar wort through the use of an impressive 1,210-gallon vintage copper steam-powered still and cut with filtered water from ancient Mount Waiʻaleʻale.

This rum is the result of a very interesting collaboration between Kaua'i Coffee Company and Kōloa Rum Company.
