CHARACTERISTICS

"Crede' is the dialect term for clay, the element that characterises the soil of the vineyards, once covered by the sea, selected in the municipality of Valdobbiadene for the creation of this Prosecco Superiore.

Slopes of very ancient origin, once covered by the sea and formed thanks to the slow movements of the soil, which arched and vertically arranged its layers.
