CHARACTERISTICS

It is obtained from the marc of different grapes, which give the grappa complexity and finesse. Aged in barrels previously used for sherry production and coming from the Iberian peninsula, it is characterised by vinous and candied fruit aromas. The deep amber colour, resulting from the long stay in wood, is a prelude to a velvety roundness and persistent aromaticity.
