CHARACTERISTICS

It is made from the pomace of different grapes, which gives the grappa elegance and structure. Aged in casks previously used for whisky production and coming from the island of Islay in Scotland, it is characterised by smoky and peaty notes. Medium amber in colour, resulting from the long ageing in wood, it impresses on the nose with intense aromas of dried fruit and on the palate with persuasive smoothness.
