This Chardonnay Grappa from Distilleria Segnana comes from the Trentino pomace from which Ferrari bubbly is made. The result is a fine and aromatic product, thanks to the distillation of chardonnay marc that is still fresh and rich in fragrances, which express themselves masterfully on the nose as well as in the mouth, with long persistence.
