CHARACTERISTICS

It is obtained from a blend of white Trentino pomace, which gives the grappa particular finesse and elegance, and red Trentino pomace, which gives the distillate character and body, developing a complexity that manifests itself harmoniously on the palate. Ageing in steel for at least one year gives the product roundness and harmonises the various components.
