This mountain whisky was aged for long seasons in oak casks and then matured further in casks previously used to age the extraordinary Pantelleria raisin wine on the magnificent Mediterranean island.
ORANGE cultivated at high altitude
AROMA: refined, intense, pleasantly fruity of ripe and candied citrus fruits, enriched with notes of sweet almond and acacia honey.
FLAVOUR: particularly delicate, with an authoritative aromatic, floral and fruity bouquet and a slight minerality on the finish.
