Solenida Sangiovese Toscana Magnum

CHARACTERISTICS

A pure Sangiovese, Solenida is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes from the Podernovo Estate, achieved through the AnimavitisR project, which allows the micro-zones with small bunches and light, concentrated grapes to be harvested separately, obtaining the highest quality and expression of the terroir. It is a wine of great character also thanks to the choices in the vinification phase, which takes place partly in amphora.

It is organic, as are all the Estate's wines, and owes its name to the Solenidae shell, testifying to the fossil presence in the Estate's soil.
