Santisima Trinidad de Cuba rums are made, as required by Cuban tradition, with aguardiente liqueur. It is this expedient that gives the rum produced on the island a stronger and more defined character than others produced elsewhere. The aguardiente used, of exceptional quality and obtained from selected molasses, undergoes a long aging and purification process, which helps give Santísima Trinidad rum a more delicate and subtle organoleptic profile than average.

7 years of aging give this Cuban rum a beautiful, smooth and pleasant character, making it perfect for smooth drinking but also where a dark but light rum is required in blending
