The Oliver Distillery was founded back in 1863 in Cuba by young entrepreneur Juanillo Oliver, who began producing brandy and rum that are still created today with the same passion and rigor as in the early days. Based in Santo Domingo, the distillery has always wanted to ensure an excellent level of quality by following strictly artisanal processes and using fine and carefully selected raw materials. The rums in the Quorhum line are produced using sugar cane juice, a fairly unusual technique for a Spanish-style Cuban rum. In addition, all Quorhum rums are aged using the solera method. Captivating and pleasant rum that ages for at least 12 years according to the solera aging method.
