Tasting notes

Warm and luminous straw yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose initially expresses itself with floral and citrus notes, before opening up to hints of aniseed and mint and closing on spicy and toasted traces. On the palate, the typical acidity of the vintage is integrated in a very elegant balance. Pure and very fine, with pronounced and consistent fruit, it closes with a smoky persistence that never ends.

Perfect for important dishes, it exalts itself with richly aromatic dishes, from a great Iberian ham to white truffle recipes.
