An Australian rum from Beenleigh Artisan Distillery, which has been producing sugarcane spirits on Australian soil for more than 150 years. It is distilled after about 12 days of fermentation with selected yeasts (schizosaccharomyces pombe and saccharomyces cerevisiae), in pot stills, then aged for 13 years in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropical climate, and then aged one year in ex-Cognac Ferrand barrels in the continental climate.
