A rum that celebrates the beauty of the Fiji Islands, its lagoons and wild jungles. Produced using traditional Fijian techniques, from indigenous sugar cane, it is first aged in ex-bourbon barrels in the islands' tropical climate, then transferred by ship to France and aged, in the continental climate, in ex-Cognac French oak barrels at Château de Bonbonnet. The double aging method, combined with the know-how of Fiji's master distillers, creates a warm rum with pronounced notes of tropical fruits and raisins.
