Distillery Collection individually reveals the spirits behind the renowned Diplomático Rums. With the distinctive personality of each rum shown at its best in one-of-a-kind products, this limited edition allows fine spirits enthusiasts to discover the pure essence of Diplomático's different distillation styles.

Made from the finest sugar cane honeys, Distillery Collection N°1 matures in oak barrels previously used to age Bourbon and Scotch. The Batch Kettle still was brought to La Miel Distillery in 1959. This semi-craft distillation system originated in Canada, where it was used for the production of Whisky. The Batch Kettle is a batch distillation system, similar to traditional pot-stills, but with an attached column that replaces the long "swan neck." It is in this column with several plates that separation takes place, in a more controlled and precise manner, so as to obtain an organoleptic profile more in line with the expectations of the master distiller.
