In Japanese, the term Junmai means "pure rice," and this Sake could not better reflect such a name: at first sip, the palate is flooded with the typical starchy hints of rice, combined with an almost French note of leavened bread. Incredibly pleasant, elegant and perfectly balanced, Sakari Junmai is at its best when consumed fresh.
