A lighter reformulation of the traditional 100 percent proof, it is an Applejack that nonetheless does not stray far from its deeply American nature, retaining the classic ripe apple scents and soft, vanilla notes of white oak. Very interesting blended, very enjoyable neat and, why not, amazing in marinades.
