Château de Bordeneuve is a family-owned business specializing in the production and aging of fine and rare Armagnac. Always belonging to the Guasch family, the estate is located in Castelnau d'Auzan, where vineyards of ungi blanc and baco, planted on sandy soils, are cultivated, thanks to which grapes capable of coming up with powerful distillates with a high alcohol content are obtained. Leveraging knowledge, skills and know-how dating back to the first half of the 19th century, Château de Bordeneuve is a renowned winery today, known, among other things, for the excellent collection of its vintage Armagnacs, the oldest of which dates as far back as 1812.
The natural white wines, obtained by following artisanal production processes, are distilled in ancient copper stills. Aging is carried out in the old cellar built in 1840, whose thick walls and rammed earth floor provide ideal conditions for aging, which takes place in French oak barrels. The barrels are carefully selected and come from the best coopers in France.
Bas Armagnac "*** Trois Etoiles," has been allowed to rest for more than three years in French oak barrels, resulting in a complex nose and rich palate, while still maintaining a fresh and smooth drinkability.
