A Cognac Grande Champagne, made from Ugni-Blanc grapes, it is distilled over an open flame in pot stills, then aged initially in new oak barrels and later in barrels, also made of toasted oak. It finally matures for one year in 225-liter Banyuls barrels. Vanilla, strong notes of red fruit, walnut, cinnamon a hint of chocolate appear on the nose; the palate is full and rich and the finish is quite long. An excellent expression of Maison Ferrand.
