Bitter Rouge was produced by the historic Baracco wine cellar and liquor factory, at its plant in Via Nizza, Turin, from the early 1900s until the early 1960s. Later, wine production was reserved, and still continues, at the winery's historic headquarters in Castellinaldo d'Alba. Later, the production of liqueurs was transferred to the green and unspoiled Valchiusella with a profile distinctly devoted to the aspects of well-being and ecology. Here, by infusion only, delicately and effectively treating the herbs, the traditional and historic production of Bitter Rouge continued, but also in a White version!
Bitter White marks its origins, particularly with flavors and spices from the African coast, Central and South America, harmonized and enhanced by Turin's historic liquor savoir faire. Excellent in blending, special and unique to drink neat.
