Bitter elaborated in 1920 by the historic wine cellar and liquor factory "Baracco de Baracho" based in Turin just outside the city's walls. It was the success of the wines of Roero, a land devoted to the production of Arneis and Nebbiolo, that led to the decision to expand the proposal by integrating other products such as bitters and vermouths. Reintroduced in 2013 after a 1962 law banned the production of bitters, vermouths and liqueurs under the same winery. Ideal in blending, fresh-bodied and dry, bouquet of 17 herbs and fruits.
