Extra Dry is the dry version of Vermouth Bianco. Unprecedented, of ringing freshness: pure "dry" pleasantness that scales the heights of mixing: no Vermouth like Extra Dry goes so perfectly with great cocktails made with gin, vodka and bitters. The original 19th-century recipe has been reworked by Marolo in a delicate, richly flavored guise: notes of walnut, lemon and berries stand out. It finds its zenith on the rocks, mixed with an excellent gin, with garnishes of currants and red berries.
