Apricot brandy

To obtain an eau-de-vie so velvety on the palate as to give the impression of eating the fruit itself, and so fragrant as to amaze the nose, requires the use of the choicest apricots, from traditional agriculture, hand-picked and selected and then subjected to double distillation.

Few chosen apricots, and a long process for this limited-production spirit of astonishing fruitiness.
