Special edition from the Font de Mai of the Chateau des Creissauds, produced from the harvest of wild plants on the slopes of the Garlaban, where a very rich Mediterranean flora grows, in the heart of Provence. On the nose the aniseed appears overt and strong, accompanied by rosemary and pine resin; the palate is almost wild, slightly spicy, peppery, with discreet notes of lavender. The finish is complex, smooth, with hints of cayenne pepper.
