THE GIBSON FIGS AND CHERRIES LIQUEUR

It has taken more than two years of intense collaboration between Marian Beke, the celebrated bartender of London's Gibson Bar, and Modena's historic Casoni liqueur maker, to arrive at the production of three contemporary liqueurs that can bring the great Italian tradition into the hyperuranium of world mixing, thanks to the "Savoury" concept that particularly distinguishes Beke's style.

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, cherries from Emilia Romagna and figs: a mix of excellence that can only result in a great liqueur. Delightful neat, amazing in blending thanks to the silky texture on the palate, beckoning the drinker. Excellent after a meal. A hymn to Emilia, a land of gastronomic wonders that never ceases to amaze.
