THE GIBSON WILD BERRIES LIQUEUR

It took more than two years of intense collaboration between Marian Beke, the celebrated bartender of London's Gibson Bar, and Modena's historic Casoni liqueur company, to arrive at the production of three contemporary liqueurs that can bring the great Italian tradition into the hyperuranium of world mixing, thanks to the "Savoury" concept that particularly distinguishes Beke's style. A perfect variation in the world of fruity liqueurs.

In this product, a well-executed balance emerges between the acidity of Balsamic Vinegar and the soft, harmonious fruity notes (Strawberry, Blueberry and Raspberry). The alcohol content is particularly low, making this reference perfect for low-alcohol drinks or for a twist on a Bramble.
