It took more than two years of intense collaboration between Marian Beke, the celebrated bartender of London's Gibson Bar, and Modena's historic Casoni liqueur company, to arrive at the production of three contemporary liqueurs that can bring the great Italian tradition into the hyperuranium of world mixing, thanks to the "Savoury" concept that particularly distinguishes Beke's style.

It is the perfect union of two great classics of the Italian liqueur tradition such as Amaro and Amaretto. Extremely enjoyable, both straight and in blends: an example for all? Try it in sours. Produced by the Premiata Distilleria Liquori Casoni Giuseppe fu Gio. of Finale Emilia, which has been active for more than two centuries in the field of liqueurs and the production of two of the most valuable assets of all: tradition and culture.
