Intervallo was born out of a curiosity for discovery, like explorers glimpsing new lands. At the Old Customs Warehouse, we set out to find new botanicals, to bring new taste experiences to life with great simplicity.

There are no citrus fruits in the recipe, but within Intervallo Amaro da Salotto there is room for Gentian, Galangal, Wormwood, Laurel, as well as Artichoke; mint, sage and marjoram are then added, which expertly processed in a current of steam give our bitter an unmistakable fresh note.
