Production:
On the sunny slopes of South Tyrol, at over 700 m above sea level, ripen
m above sea level, the mountain apple, a fruit with its own particular and
unmistakable quality. The Golden Delicious has always been the queen
of South Tyrolean fruit growing. From this prestigious apple with
yellow in colour and with characteristic freckles, comes the distillate
of Psenner mountain apple.
Characteristics:
In the oldest distillery in South Tyrol, Psenner obtains an
exceptionally smooth and fruity apple distillate that is
matured for several years in oak and chestnut barrels.

Alcohol content: 40 % vol.
Recommended temperature for tasting: 12 °C - 16 °C
