Production:
Precious fruit brandy obtained by fermentation
of cherries mainly from nearby Trentino. The
raw material undergoes careful quality control
and, after maceration, is distilled by continuous
and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills.
Characteristics:
Transparent crystalline in colour, it has an intense flo-
over which the unmistakable aroma of cherries dominates. Stands out
a slight taste of marzipan.
Alcohol content:
40 % vol
