High-quality apricot brandy obtained by fermenting
fermentation of apricots, carefully selected and controlled in their
their ripening, and the subsequent distillation of the puree by
discontinuous method in bain-marie stills.
Characteristics:
Transparent and crystal-clear in colour, it has aromas of ripe fruit, from peach to plum.
