Production:
This esteemed distillate is obtained by fermentation of
plums and subsequent destillation. The fruit is subjected to
careful quality control and, having reached the right ripeness
maceration and distillation of the puree is carried out with
continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills.
Characteristics:
Crystal-clear in colour, it has aromas of fruit, of
almonds and marzipan. The scent of plum obviously dominates
plum.

40 %vol
Recommended temperature for tasting
12 °C - 16 °C
