THE WINEMAKER'S COMMENT
The result is a particularly elegant Brunello Riserva with a complex personality. On the nose, hints of liquorice, coffee, plum jam and tobacco slowly emerge, ending with a light note of violet. The refined structure is in perfect balance with the acid part, which excellently supports the long persistence.
