Organoleptic characteristics:
COLOUR: Pale straw yellow.
BOUQUET: Virile, of great intensity. Pronounced with
clear recognition.
FLAVOUR: Dry, mature, with the right robustness and
harmony, with a long, racy aftertaste.
PAIRINGS: Dried fruits, nuts, almonds, sweets and
chocolate. Also delicious with mature cheeses.
TASTING SUGGESTIONS: Taste at a
temperature of around 18°C, in a classic tulip glass or
baloon glass with or without stem (cognac type)

PAIRINGS: Dried fruit and milk chocolate

temperatures between 9 and 12 °C, in a classic tulip glass.
