GRAPPA:
Light straw yellow. The nose shows virile and great intensity; on the palate, however, it is robust, with a long, gritty aftertaste and great harmony.
AMARO:
Amber, dark and deep. The nose is intense and articulate, with dominant notes of roots and spices. On the palate it is soft, enveloping, pleasantly bitter and long lasting.

GRAPPA:
The Grappa di Barbera of the Sibona distillery, obtained from the marc of the Barbera vine located in the areas of the two prestigious DOC Barbera d'Alba and Barbera d'Asti, is aged in small barrels to capture the maximum of perfumes and aromas. Ideal for moments of meditation and reflection, it is a Grappa of great incisiveness.
AMARO:
Distilleria Sibona's Amaro "Sibona" is based on a very old Piedmontese recipe using no less than 34 different herbs and aromatic plants, such as gentian, cinchona and rhubarb, macerated in a slow infusion. Excellent when enjoyed neat or on the rocks, it is also perfect for adding an extra touch to desserts and ice cream.
