This special Grappa Riserva, already aged, for
a long period, in oak wood (2 years) was subsequently
subsequently placed for several months (24 months) in
barrels, previously used to age the
"Rum' from some of the most prestigious distilleries.
The particular permanence in Rum barrels has been
us experimented in an innovative way on Grappa and
with exceptional results in terms of quality. The
rich, elaborate aroma with spicy notes and the
elegant, distinct flavour, with notes of coffee and vanilla and
with a lingering finish, are very reminiscent of the Rum
already contained in these casks.
RAW MATERIAL: Pomace (mainly from vines
Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo), from grapes harvested fresh
during the harvest and selected Sibona.
DISTILLATION: Totally in-house, in stills
copper stills, thanks to the skilful experience of our
oenologists-master distillers.
AGING: For a long period in stainless steel tanks.

AGEING: first for 2 years in barrels of medium
capacity classic oak casks and then in casks of
Rum for a further 2 years (total stay in wood
4 years).
GRADATION: 44 % vol.
BOTTLE: special, elegant graduated bottle
Sibona with side notches indicating the contents and
pouring spout.
CASING: Elegant cylindrical case, with top closure.

Organoleptic characteristics:
COLOUR: Amber.
BOUQUET: Rich, elaborate, with hints of spices and
tobacco.
FLAVOUR: Elegant, distinct, with notes of coffee and vanilla
and with a persistent finish.
PAIRINGS: Dried fruits, nuts, almonds, sweets and
chocolate. Also delicious with mature cheeses.
Also perfect with cigars.
TASTING SUGGESTIONS: Taste at a
temperature of around 18°C, in a classic tulip glass or
baloon glass with or without stem (cognac type).
