Harvest: manual
Vinification: grape selection and mechanical destemming-crushing. Maceration/fermentation on the skins for 3-5 days. Soft pressing with traditional vertical press. Completion of alcoholic fermentation in used barriques
Ageing: malolactic fermentation and maturation (7 months) in the same containers. Batonnage measured throughout the period in barriques
Bottling: blending in steel and further ageing for about 1 month. Coarsely filtered, it was neither sterilised nor ever brought to temperatures close to or below 0 °C. Any sediment is therefore entirely normal
Colour: intense ruby red
Aroma: hints of red fruit in spirit, violets, berry yoghurt
Taste: soft, round, warm with a good persistence
Format: 0.75 l bottle
Alcoholic Grade: 14% vol
