Vinification: mechanical destemming-crushing. Brief maceration on the skins (1-3 hours). Preparation of specific pied de cuve. Soft pressing with traditional vertical press. Static defecation for 2 days
Ageing: in steel for approximately 7 months
Bottling: the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was filtered without the use of a sterile filter. Bottled alive, it was neither sterilised nor ever brought to temperatures close to or below 0° C. Any sediment, therefore, is entirely natural, as are the colour, aroma and flavour.
Colour: intense cherry pink
Aroma: faint hints of flowers, more distinct aromas of red fruits (red and white cherries, currants)
Taste: full-bodied, voluminous and persistent
Format: 0.75 l bottle
Alcoholic grade: 13% vol
