Grape type/Ingredients: Gewürztraminer grapes from South Tyrolean hill cultivations.
Distillation process: Discontinous destillation with steam. Obtained from the soft pressure of the grapes and the addition of selected yeasts. This grappa has to age a total of 12 months. Limited edition.
Appearance: Clear, crystalline
Aromatic profile: Intense, fine, typical aroma - with fruity, fresh notes.
Taste: Soft, spicy, fine, great aftertaste, perfect balance between aroma and taste.
Alcoholic strength: 43% vol.
