In memory of Antonio Nonino, third generation of the family of distillers, a "Return to the Origins" is celebrated with Amaro Nonino Quintessentia® Riserva. Since steel was prohibitive, Antonio kept Amaro Carnia - the original recipe of Amaro Nonino - in small wooden barrels. The infusion in contact with the wood evolved and was enriched with new notes and aromas. After years of experimentation with small barrels and barriques of different woods, the Nonino family presents Amaro Nonino Quintessentia® RISERVA, with more than 24 months of ageing. Although there are no clear regulations on the ageing of liqueurs, in accordance with the Nonino philosophy, the ageing takes place in a dedicated Cellar, under the seal and permanent control of the Customs and Monopolies Office. The result is extraordinary!
Available boxed exclusively in the 700ml format.
