Soil: south-east/south-west exposure; 400/450 m a.s.l.
Harvest: grapes harvested by hand with the utmost care in small perforated baskets
Vinification: after destemming, maceration in contact with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously with natural yeasts without the use of sulphites, with careful control of maceration times and temperature
Ageing: in small oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months in contact with its indigenous yeasts. This is followed by refinement in the bottle at a controlled temperature of 15°C
Colour: brilliant purple red
Nose: the floral and delicate aromaticity of Nebbiolo blends with the fruit and acidity of Barbera
Taste: elegant notes of raspberry, flowers and spices. Sweet and elegant tannin. Great persistence and freshness
