Vinification: soft destemming and subsequent fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature below 26 °C. Maceration for 8 days. During maceration, pumping over or punching down is carried out according to fermentation kinetics. Malolactic fermentation in 25 hl barrels
Maturation: 9 months in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, at least 4 months of further ageing before marketing
Colour: brilliant ruby red colour
Bouquet: intense, with notes of spices and small red fruits
Taste: fruity, harmonious and fragrant with good freshness. Fully varietal
