Vinification: temperature-controlled fermentation (20 °C) in stainless steel tanks
Maturation: four months on fine lees in cement vats until bottling
Colour: brilliant light yellow with green reflections
Nose: typical aromas of the variety and notes of wild flowers fading into exotic fruit
Taste: slightly savoury and well-structured with a full-bodied sip and a lingering finish
