Colour: brilliant straw yellow
Nose: notes of yellow peach, kiwi and lily of the valley combined with a crystalline minerality reminiscent of the scent of wet rock
Taste: crisp and vertical. Great freshness combined with an elegant and creamy structure. Iodinated finish
