The processing of this fine Williams pear distillate starts on the Psenner family's estates in South Tyrol, where the fruit finds the ideal climate for perfect ripening, and continues in the distillery's stills, where expert hands follow the processing with mastery until it is aged in barrique barrels. In the wooden barrels, the intense fresh and sweet taste of the ripe pear is enriched with sweet notes of honey and vanilla.
