The Old Williams distillate is made by fermenting Williams pears and then distilling the puree using a continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills. The pears come from the Psenner family's own orchards and only the best fruit has the honour of being used as raw material for this noble distillate.
From the scent to the aroma in the mouth, the Williams pear expresses itself at its fullest. On tasting it is intense and will leave a pleasant and delicate memory of its fragrance on the palate. The excellent product is the indisputable result of the careful processing and long maturation of the distillate before its final bottling.
