The Tredinotte sparkling wine results from the well matched blend of our Pinot and Chardonnay grapes, offering a fine and persistent perlage. It is smooth, fresh and appealing and ideal not only as an aperitif but it also goes well with all meat, fish and vegetable dishes.

Production Area
Nostra vigna in Sirmione, Fattoria Antica Bragagna.
Harvest time
Middle August.
Vinification
Second fermentation of the basis in a pressurized tank for 5 months and then 4 resting months in bottle.

Pale straw with greenish hues.
Nose
Fruity and fresh. notes of bread crust.
Taste
Delicate and fresh with a fine perlage.
